OUR SERVICE
At Bonardi Napoli, our service begins the moment you place your order. Throughout the entire process, we keep you informed with updates as your shirt comes to life.
Production begins in our small workshop in Naples, where the shirt is carefully assembled. Once the initial construction is complete, it is entrusted to a select group of skilled embroidery women—artisans who still practice hand-stitching at home, following time-honored family traditions passed down through generations.
After the hand-finishing is complete, your shirt returns to our workshop for final touches: pressing and quality control.

This carefully curated journey combines luxury, craftsmanship, and culture. You’ll stay in one of Naples’ most elegant hotels—Santa Lucia—and be personally guided through the world of Neapolitan tailoring.
As part of the experience, you will:

Once the garments are ready, our tailor will travel to you for two or three fittings to ensure a flawless final result. Your bespoke suit will then be delivered to your door.
